Terms of Service
Last updated: 17 October 2026
These terms govern the use of HyrDal’s website, web dashboard and mobile app. By using HyrDal you agree to them. If your company has a separate agreement with us, that agreement takes precedence.
1. Accounts
HyrDal accounts are created by each company’s admin for their own people; there is no public sign-up. Keep your login details private. If you think someone else has used your account, change your password or sign out your other devices, and tell your admin straight away.
2. Checking in and location
Checking in and out works from the HyrDal phone app. To check in, the app needs access to your location set to “Always”: from check-in to check-out it records where the phone is about every five minutes, also when the app is closed, and nothing outside your shifts. Check-ins made without internet are sent later, and are accepted up to 3 days after they happened.
3. Acceptable use
- Record only your own attendance, and record it honestly.
- Don’t use apps that fake your location. On Android, such positions are flagged.
- Don’t try to break, overload or get around the security of the service.
- Don’t use chat to send unlawful, abusive or harmful content.
4. Your company’s data
Your company owns the data it puts into HyrDal and is responsible for using it lawfully, including informing employees about attendance and location tracking. We process it as described in our Privacy Policy.
5. Fees
HyrDal is priced per active user per month, in euros. Deactivated people aren’t counted. The exact price, billing period and payment terms are agreed with each company.
6. Availability
We work hard to keep HyrDal running and to keep offline check-ins safe until they sync, but we can’t promise the service will always be uninterrupted or error-free. We may update features over time.
7. Ending the service
A company can stop using HyrDal at any time under its agreement. We may suspend accounts that break these terms. When a company leaves, we delete or return its data as agreed.
8. Liability
To the extent the law allows, HyrDal is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability is limited to the fees paid in the 12 months before the claim.
9. Changes and law
We may update these terms and will change the date above when we do. These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Kosovo.
