Tap Check in when work starts and Check out when it ends, right from the phone app. Hours are counted for you.

Works offline
No signal on site? Check-ins are saved on the phone, sent when it’s back online, and marked offline so managers know why.
Undo a mistake
Checked in by accident? Cancel it in the first 5 minutes and it’s gone. Forgot to check out? The app reminds you.

See who is checked in right now and where their phone was last seen. Nobody is shown after they check out.

Every shift has a report: times, distance, the route and every stop, each one a tap away in Maps.

Fake GPS flagged
On Android, positions from fake-GPS apps are flagged on the shift, and managers get a notification to check it.

Working hours
Set company hours for each weekday, or different hours per person. Every shift shows who came early or late.
Projects
Client, site address, dates, status and a project manager. Workers you add are notified and can check in on it.
Public holidays
One day or several, once or every year. Everyone is notified, and work on a holiday is counted separately.
Managers and their workers
Link workers to their managers. Each manager sees their own people and can put them on projects.
Time off, sorted
Requests, approvals and balances without paper forms or lost messages.
Request in seconds
Vacation, sick leave or other time off, right from the app. Sick days can be sent afterwards, and pending requests taken back.
Approve with a note
Admins and managers approve or decline, with an optional note. Both sides are notified straight away.
Days off per year
Set how many days off each person gets a year. Everyone sees how many are used and how many are left.
